In this studio we will look at every client individually and design an exercise program that will consider the client’s body movement, goals and expectations.
Each client has a personal medical history and postural & movement habits. Age, personal goals and needs to exercise will be other factors that will affect your unique programme and progress.
New clients will attend an Introduction Course that consists of 3 one-to-one classes. This gives us the opportunity to assess movement patterns, postural habits and muscular imbalances. We will teach you the basics of Pilates and how to use the special equipment.
After completing the Introduction Course you can join our Semi-Private classes or start having Private Classes where you continue your program to progress at your own pace and level. We will make sure your program is comprehensive and complete and changes according to your level and current needs.
Our clients are strongly encouraged to take two classes a week to in order to achieve maximum effeciency and provide satisfaction.
Our teachers are comprehensively trained in the Pilates method by Body Arts and Science International (BASI). Also, the way we teach is based on our ongoing studies and work with varied experts in the movement field.
